well/come. this is an exploration

how does movement shape belonging, both with ourselves and with others?
how we can work with, and meet, movement to come home to ourselves?
what possibilities emerge/unfold in & through movement?

what possibilities emerge/unfold in & through movement?
as a queer & mixed race femme//fluid earthling, belonging to
something outside of myself, finding home in a place, is elusive, and
i’m coming to see and understand that i must first find belonging and
home within myself.
i believe movement is a mode and medium for belonging. it’s a way of reshaping our relationships to ourselves, to reconnect, to find some pause or space or rest, even. when we move for ourselves, we come home. when we move for ourselves, together, we grow and build community.
this, like my being, is a work in progress.
